Vibration Training?

Vibration training is similar to traditional weights training.
As a general guideline, you should:

  • Exercise between 2 and 3 times per week
  • Allow at least one days rest between exercising
  • Wear rubber soled shoes to ensure vibrations are transferred correctly to the body
  • To achieve weight loss, combine the exercise with an appropriate diet and some cardio-vascular exercise.
